• Glucose Readings: Values you manually enter from your glucometer.
• Meal Tags & Notes: Meal timing and personal notes you voluntarily add to your records.
• Photos: Glucometer photos you capture are stored locally on your device only. They are never uploaded to any server.

No data is collected automatically — all information is entered by you.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To display your saved glucose test records and photos.
• To provide glucose education and health tips.
• All data stays on your device — nothing is sent to external servers.
• We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with any third party.

3. Data Storage & Security

• All photos and test records are stored locally on your device.
• No cloud storage or remote servers are used for your personal data.
• Deleting the app will remove all locally stored data.
• We recommend backing up important records independently.

4. Your Rights

• You can delete any saved test photo from the My Tests gallery at any time.
• You can stop using the app at any time without consequence.
• All features work without requiring an account or personal information.

5. Camera & Photo Library Access

• Camera access is used solely to photograph your glucometer readings.
• Photo library access allows you to select existing photos of glucometer readings.
• Photos are saved to a local app folder and are not shared or uploaded.

6. Children's Privacy

GlucoScan Plus is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
